StupidBets is a personal, non-commercial project, developed and maintained by a single individual. It lets groups of friends or family track informal bets among themselves (with no real financial stake).
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA — vercel.com). Data (accounts, bets, circles) is stored and managed by Supabase Inc., which acts as a technical subprocessor for database hosting and authentication (supabase.com).
The name "StupidBets", the logo, and the site's graphic elements are the property of the publisher mentioned above, unless otherwise stated. User-generated content (bet names, stakes, circle names) remains the property of its author; by using it, you agree that it will be visible to other members of the circles you belong to.
StupidBets is an informal tracking tool for close friends, provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for disputes between users regarding the outcome of a bet: StupidBets does not arbitrate any disagreement, it only records what users declare themselves. No financial transaction is carried out via the application: stakes (money, dares, items) are purely declarative.
