No. Stakes (a beer, a dare, symbolic money...) are purely declarative — StupidBets doesn't process any real financial transaction. It's up to you to settle up outside the app.
You can create a bet in their name (a "ghost" account, Splitwise-style). They receive a link and can claim this profile by signing up — all bets already created follow automatically.
Whoever declares the result can never be the one who confirms it, even if they're also part of the bet — this stops a player from self-declaring a win without real confirmation from the other. In case of disagreement, StupidBets doesn't arbitrate.
No, no selling or sharing with third parties outside of technical providers (hosting). Full details are on the privacy policy.
